We’ve made a decision that some things will remain constant.…
In 1914 when two brothers, E.W. Bennett and H.C. Bennett set out to invent a more efficient way to make deliveries, they designed and built a single axle trailer capable of transporting 60 bales of cotton. These two visionaries were at the forefront of a new era in transportation, laying the foundation for a company that continues to shape the future of trailer manufacturing.
Today, Utility Trailer Manufacturing is in the midst of celebrating 100 years of building trailers by honoring the pioneering spirit of its founders. To commemorate this important milestone, Utility held a private celebration in La Quinta, California at the La Quinta Resort & Club. Over 600 Utility customers, dealers, vendors and guests from all over the Americas joined the festivities.
The event included several business meetings that examined the past, present and future of Utility. Utility vendor partners participated in the celebration by showcasing concept and future innovations in the Utility Technology Pavilion. Additionally, guests were able to play golf, participate in other outdoor activities, and attend dinner parties that included special music and comedic performances.
As part of the event, archived photographs, videos and other priceless memorabilia that chronicled Utility’s first 100 years were compiled and organized into an interesting story for viewing. Guests were given a special commemorative 100th Anniversary book honoring Utility’s spirit and rich history of building innovative trailers.
Utility sought out to celebrate 100 years of manufacturing the world’s best trailers by inviting vendor partners, dealers, customers and employees to this special event. Utility Corporate thanks everyone for making this celebration a huge success, and they look forward to the next 100 years!
